Exploraves also carries out birding tours in places such as Mindo and in the rest of the country.  We can custom make ornithological tours to suite the travel wishes of our customers.

Pablo Andrade, an ornithologist with more that 15 years experience leading ornithological tours in Southern Ecuador, is the tour leader and manager of Exploraves Pablo has participated in many important bird research projects and has written literature about the birds of Southern Ecuador.  Also, Pablo is an avid bird painter and many of his paintings can be found in nature and birding guides.  Undoubtedly, Pablo's work has contributed to educate the people of Southern Ecuador with respect to birds and their conservation.

The goal of Exploraves Birdwatchers is to provide unique and memorable birding tours.  Presently, Exploraves offers tours that range from one to 15 days in length.  All of these tours are available throughout the year and are flexible enough to accommodate the special needs of every customer.
